Per Billing Cycle Settings

In WHMCS, "Per Billing Cycle" settings refer to configurations you can adjust for each individual product or service based on the billing cycle chosen by the client. This allows you to set specific pricing, promotions, and options for different billing periods. Here's how you can manage the "Per Billing Cycle" settings in WHMCS:

  1. Login to WHMCS:

    • Access your WHMCS administrator dashboard using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Products/Services:

    • From the main menu, go to "Setup" > "Products/Services".
  3. View/Edit Product/Service:

    • Locate the product or service you want to manage and click on it to open its details.

      • Free Domain: If offering a free domain, specify the domain registration period for this billing cycle.

  6. Save Changes:

    • After making any necessary adjustments, click "Save Changes" to apply the per billing cycle settings.
  7. Testing:

    • Test the product or service ordering process to ensure that pricing and options are correctly reflected based on the chosen billing cycle.
  8. Regular Review:

    • Periodically review and adjust per billing cycle settings based on your business requirements and pricing strategies.
