Close Inactive Tickets

In WHMCS, you can automatically close inactive tickets using the "Close Inactive Tickets" feature. This helps maintain an organized ticket system and ensures that unresolved tickets are not left open indefinitely.

Here's how you can configure the "Close Inactive Tickets" feature:

  1. Log into WHMCS: Access your WHMCS admin panel using your username and password.

  2. Navigate to Support Ticket Settings:

    • Click on the "Setup" tab in the top navigation menu.
    • Under the "General Settings" section, select "Support Ticket Settings."
  3. Locate Close Inactive Tickets Settings:

  4. Configure Close Inactive Tickets Settings:

    • Enable Close Inactive Tickets: Check the box to enable this feature.
