Application Links

WHMCS Application Links allow you to integrate WHMCS with other web applications or services, making it easier to manage various aspects of your business. These links can be added to the WHMCS admin interface for quick access. Here's how you can set up Application Links in WHMCS:

  1. Log into WHMCS:

    Access your WHMCS admin panel using your username and password.

  2. Navigate to Application Links:

    • Go to "Setup" > "Addon Modules."
    • Locate and click on "Application Links."
  3. Add New Application Link:

    • Click on the "Add New" button to create a new application link.
  4. Configure Application Link:

    • Fill in the following details for the new application link:

      • Name: Give a descriptive name for the application link.
      • URL: Provide the URL of the web application or service you want to link to.
      • Icon URL: Optionally, you can provide a URL to an icon that will represent the application link.
      • Target: Choose whether the link should open in the same window or a new tab.
      • Sort Order: Set the order in which the link will appear among other application links.
  5. Save the Application Link:

    • Click the "Save Changes" button to save the application link.
  6. Arrange Application Links (Optional):

    • If you have multiple application links, you can arrange their order by using the up and down arrows in the "Sort Order" column.
  7. Test the Application Link:

    • Go to the WHMCS admin area and check if the application link appears in the desired location.
  8. Edit or Delete Application Links (Optional):

    • If needed, you can edit or delete existing application links by clicking on the respective buttons in the "Action" column.
  9. Use the Application Links:

    • Once set up, the application links will be accessible from the WHMCS admin area, providing quick access to the integrated web applications or services.
  10. Configure Permissions (Optional):

    • You can also specify which administrator roles have access to each application link.
  • Go to "Setup" > "Staff Management" > "Administrator Roles."
  • Edit the role you want to configure and go to the "Module Permissions" tab.
  • Select the "Addon Modules" section and adjust permissions for the "Application Links" module.

By setting up Application Links in WHMCS, you can streamline your workflow by providing direct access to external applications or services that you use in conjunction with WHMCS.
