Translating Email Templates

Translating email templates in WHMCS allows you to provide multilingual support for your clients. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Log into WHMCS:

    Access your WHMCS admin panel using your administrator credentials.

  2. Navigate to Email Templates:

    • Go to "Setup" > "Email Templates."
  3. Select the Template to Translate:

    • Locate the email template you want to translate and click on its name to edit it.
  4. Switch to the Desired Language:

    • In the template editor, use the dropdown menu at the top to select the language you want to translate the template into.

    • WHMCS will load the email template in the selected language.

  5. Translate the Content:

    • Review the content of the email template and translate it into the selected language.

    • Make sure to provide accurate and clear translations.

  6. Save Changes:

    • Once you have translated the template, click on the "Save Changes" button to save the translated version.
  7. Repeat for Other Languages:

    • If you have multiple languages enabled in your WHMCS installation, repeat the process for each language you want to provide translations for.
  8. Test the Email:

    • Send a test email to yourself in the chosen language to verify that the translation appears as expected.

By translating email templates in WHMCS, you can ensure that your clients receive communications in their preferred language, providing a more personalized and user-friendly experience. This is especially important for businesses with a global client base or clients who speak different languages.
