Removing A Users Security Question

In WHMCS, administrators have the ability to reset a client's security questions. Here's how you can remove a user's security question:

  1. Log into WHMCS:

    Access your WHMCS admin panel using your administrator credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Client Profile:

    • Go to Clients in the top menu.
    • Search for and select the client whose security question you want to remove.
  3. Edit Client Profile:

    • In the client's profile, click on the "Edit" button.
  4. Security Questions Tab:

    • Select the "Security Questions" tab.
  5. Remove Security Questions:

    • Remove the questions and answers associated with the client. Leave the fields blank.
  6. Save Changes:

    • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Save Changes" button.

By following these steps, you'll have removed the security questions for the specified user. Keep in mind that removing security questions might reduce an additional layer of security for their account. If you need to do this, consider other measures to ensure the security of their account, such as enabling two-factor authentication or implementing strong password policies.
