Why there is no package ea-apache24_mod_hostinglimits or ea-apache24_mod_lsapi available in yum?

It's important to note that ea-apache24_mod_hostinglimits and ea-apache24_mod_lsapi are specific packages associated with the EasyApache 4 (EA4) web server stack provided by cPanel. These packages are related to CloudLinux's Lightweight Virtual Environment (LVE) and LsAPI, which are designed to improve server stability and security in shared hosting environments.

If you're unable to find these packages in the yum repositories, it may be due to a few reasons:

  1. Repository Configuration:

    • Double-check that the repositories where these packages are hosted are properly configured in your server's yum configuration. Sometimes, if the repository is disabled or not configured correctly, packages may not be found.
  2. Product or Service Availability:

    • It's possible that the specific repositories providing these packages are not available in your environment. This could be due to specific licensing agreements or configurations on your server.
  3. Naming Variations:

    • Sometimes, package names can vary depending on the specific repository or distribution. Ensure you're using the correct package names for your system.
  4. Outdated Information:

    • The availability of packages and repositories can change over time. What was available at one point may not be available in the current repository configurations.
  5. Licensing and Subscriptions:

    • Some packages, especially those associated with CloudLinux, may require specific subscriptions or licenses to access. Make sure your server has the necessary subscriptions for the CloudLinux services.
  6. Contact Support or Documentation:

    • If you're still having trouble, it's advisable to contact the support team for your hosting provider, cPanel, or CloudLinux. They can provide specific information about package availability in your environment.

Keep in mind that software and package availability can change, so it's always a good idea to refer to the official documentation or support channels for the most up-to-date information.
