Nothing is displayed (no results found) in the WHM | CloudLinux Manager | Users tab

If you're experiencing an issue where no results are being displayed in the WHM (Web Host Manager) CloudLinux Manager Users tab, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

  1. Check CloudLinux Integration:

    • Make sure that CloudLinux is properly integrated with your WHM server. Ensure that you have the CloudLinux plugin installed and activated.
  2. Verify User Existence:

    • Double-check that there are actual CloudLinux users on your server. If there are no CloudLinux users, it's expected that no results will be displayed.
  3. Refresh the Page:

    • Sometimes, a simple page refresh can resolve display issues caused by temporary glitches.
  4. Check for Server Resource Usage:

    • If the server is heavily loaded or experiencing resource limitations, it might affect the ability to display user information. Check the server's resource usage to ensure it's not causing the issue.
  5. Error Logs:

    • Check the WHM and CloudLinux error logs for any relevant error messages or warnings. This can provide valuable information about the underlying issue.
  6. Update WHM and CloudLinux:

    • Ensure that both WHM and CloudLinux are up to date. Outdated software can sometimes cause compatibility issues.
  7. Check for Permission Issues:

    • Ensure that your user account has the necessary permissions to view CloudLinux users. If you're not logged in with the appropriate level of access, you may not be able to view this information.
  8. Clear Cache and Cookies:

    • Sometimes, cached data can cause display issues. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies might help.
  9. Browser Compatibility:

    • Try accessing WHM from a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.
  10. Contact Support:

    • If none of the above steps resolve the issue, consider reaching out to CloudLinux or WHM support for further assistance.
  11. Community Forums and Documentation:

    • Check CloudLinux and WHM community forums or documentation for any reported issues or solutions related to the Users tab not displaying.

Remember to always exercise caution when making changes to server configurations, and consider creating backups before making significant adjustments.

If the issue persists after attempting these steps, it's advisable to seek help from a qualified server administrator or support channels specific to WHM and CloudLinux.
